F actual fermenting temperature (thermowell) will produce very fine results with Just be patient it can take 3 weeks.

After the beer reaches target FG (typically around for my Koelsch), I keg and then drop the temps by C per day until it reaches 34F.

Ferment at the recommended temperature until terminal gravity is achieved, and then lager at near freezing temperature.

If you pitch enough yeast your fermentation should be done in about days.
